About Us

Virtual Tour This Equestrian Facility

Susan is the true horseperson of the family with her daughter very close behind her.  Susan was very fortunate to be able to get her first horse at age 11 and was very active in 4-H and showing her own Quarter Horses in Tucson, Arizona.  She successfully showed her horses on the Quarter Horse circuit for many years before moving to Oregon after graduating from college.  She mainly focuses on Western Pleasure and has recently become involved with the Pat Parelli Natural Horse-Man-Ship methods.  Her daughter began taking riding lessons almost eight years ago.  She has ridden hunt seat, saddle seat and western.  She loves all kinds of riding and is very excited about having her horse “in her own backyard!”

Our Equine family member is a five-year-old AQHA Buttermilk Dun mare named HV Imperial Silver, aka Liberty.  Liberty is Tamra’s All-Around horse.  We purchased her from Idaho as a yearling and have had a blast with her over the past four years.  We have done extensive Parelli groundwork with her and have shown her on the ABRA circuit the past four years.  She just finished her first year being shown under saddle.    See our "Show Pics" page to see what a successful year Tamra and Liberty had.  Way to go girls!

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about us.  We look forward to meeting all of you and getting to know you and your horses.  We look forward to lots of fun times ahead.
